Chris Paradysz is founder and co-chief executive officer of PMX Agency. He is responsible for the strategic leadership and growth of the agency, and under his direction, the company has grown into a comprehensive and integrated global marketing agency with prominent clients across all major industry sectors, including leading brands in retail, luxury, nonprofit, technology, publishing, B2B and financial services.

Chris is an industry leader, demonstrated by his involvement in the Direct Marketing Association (DMA), DMA ECHO Board of Governors, MarketingEDGE, DMA Nonprofit Federation, ACMA, NEMOA and SEMPO.

In addition to his client work, Chris devotes a large portion of his time to developing talent and helping shape the strategic skills of the organization. Particularly with a need for constant innovation and calculated risk-taking, he is leading the company’s curriculum and investments in generating new capabilities both for internal and client access. Currently, Chris is taking his musical skills and creativity into the business community and innovating new approaches for problem solving.
