Keanan Duffty is an award-winning British fashion designer, musician and author of Rebel Rebel:Anti-Style (Rizzoli, 2009). Duffty graduated from Central St. Martin’s in London with a Bachelor of Arts degree in fashion and is a member of the Council of Fashion Designers of America. In 2007 Duffty collaborated with David Bowie to create a Bowie inspired men’s fashion collection for Target.
Duffty established his eponymous fashion label in 1999 drawing inspiration from subversive style, underground music and British iconography. His clothes have a celebrity following that includes David Bowie and the Sex Pistols. Driven by constant evolution, Duffty has worked as design director and guest designer with Aveda, Ben Sherman, Dr. Martens, Gola, Gwen Stefani’s LAMB, Reebok and Moods of Norway and as contributing Fashion Editor at SOMA Magazine.
